The University applies an official Procurement Regulation, developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the regulatory acts of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The document defines the procurement procedure, the role of the procurement commission, and the principles of efficiency, transparency and fair competition.
The regulation applies within the “Kazakh National University of Water Management and Irrigation” in the framework of:
- grant funding;
- program-targeted funding.
