It is responsible for the control and accounting of all the university's material and technical assets
To maintain accurate accounting of the university's fixed assets, intangible assets, and inventory (stock).
Accounting for Fixed Assets, Intangible Assets, and Inventory: Managing receipts, transfers, and disposals.
Documentation Control: Ensuring primary documents are correctly prepared and recorded in the accounting system in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Organizing and overseeing physical inventory counts and documenting the results.
Reporting: Participating in the preparation of reports regarding assets and material resources.
Collaboration: Coordinating with materially responsible persons regarding the accounting and safekeeping of assets.
Education: Higher or specialized secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience.
Knowledge: Knowledge of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning fixed assets and inventory accounting.
Skills: Proficiency in conducting inventory counts and handling primary documentation.
Technical Skills: Confident user of 1C and MS Excel.
Languages: Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian.
Stage 1: An interview with the Head of the Department and HR.
Stage 2: Following a positive decision, an interview with members of the selection committee.
