About the position
To ensure military registration, mobilization preparedness, and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding military duty obligations.
Responsibilities
Organizing and maintaining military registration records for University employees and students; creating and updating registration documents.
Making timely updates upon hiring, transfer, dismissal, expulsion, and changes in personal data.
Preparing reports, certificates, and lists for military commissariats; liaising with government authorities on military registration matters.
Advising employees and students on matters related to military duty obligations; participating in inspections and mobilization preparedness activities.
Ensuring the safekeeping of military registration documents and maintaining confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
Higher education in a relevant field. Minimum 1 year of experience in military registration or records management.
Key competencies
Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the area of mobilization preparedness and military registration.
Practical skills in recordkeeping and handling personal data.
Responsibility, attention to detail, and strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.
Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian languages.
Selection process
