​About the Programme

​Water is not just a resource — it is a foundation for cooperation, diplomacy, and sustainable development. Effective management of shared water resources is essential for ecological balance, social well-being, and regional stability.Recognizing this, KazNUWMI and Corvinus University of Budapest have jointly launched a Double Degree Master’s Programme in Water Resources Management, with a specialization in Water Diplomacy.The programme aims to train a new generation of professionals who can address the challenges of water scarcity, transboundary management, and climate change through an integrated understanding of engineering, economics, and diplomacy.
