About the position

To ensure a high level of graduate employment and to secure internship placements for students through active engagement with the labor market, establishment of partnership agreements, and fulfillment of requirements set by JSC Financial Center.

Responsibilities

  • Active Employer Outreach and Engagement.

Identifying potential employers for graduate placement and student internship opportunities.

Initiating and conducting negotiations with employers; presenting academic programs and training offerings.

Concluding tripartite agreements (University — Employer — Student/Graduate) on a long-term basis.

Building and maintaining an up-to-date employer partner database.

  • Placement Coordination and Monitoring.

Organizing the work of the Placement Committee; maintaining minutes and formalizing decisions.

Preparing and issuing employment referrals to graduates within strict deadlines (no later than 3 business days).

Timely submission of a complete documentation package to JSC Financial Center.

Entering data into the Young Specialists Tracking subsystem of the UMOSK information system.

  • Advising and Support.

Working with students: informing them of employment opportunities and assisting in identifying internship placements.

Explaining graduates' rights and obligations (including matters related to work commitments or cost reimbursement).

Requirements

  • Higher education (management, HR, education, law, or related fields).
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of contract law (contract management).
  • Understanding of the labor market specific to the University's industry focus (water resources, irrigation, ecology, construction, energy).
  • Knowledge of graduate placement regulations (Order No. 4403).
  • Negotiation skills and business correspondence competency.
  • Readiness to work with CRM systems and databases.
  • High discipline and ability to meet JSC Financial Center deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian languages.

Advantages

Experience in sales (B2B), recruitment, HR, or marketing.

Selection process

Stage 1 — Interview with the department head and the HR Department.

Stage 2 — Upon a positive outcome — interview with members of the competition committee.
